Ball Activated Fracturing Sleeve
Ball activated fracturing sleeve tool is used for horizontal wells operation environment. At beginning, the fracturing sleeve is closed. When ball activated on the ball seat surface, the channel of fracturing sleeve will be open. at the same time, to forming a channel between the reservoir and fracturing sleeve.
Features：
- The outside material of frac sleeve is optional (P110, L80 or C90 level)
- The internal materials (ball seat) is made of cast iron which is easy to drill;
- It will achieve full-bore after drilling out.
- Can withstand under 10,000 PSI high pressure
- Wear-resistant ball seat prevent high displacement and eliminates erosion.
